We Empower Lifelong Career Readiness
Missouri Connections is a comprehensive, online, career development and planning program that is provided free of charge to all Missouri citizens. Funded by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, this program supports the career development efforts of schools, community organizations, and adult job seeker programs.
Missouri Connections is powered by intoCareers. For over 50 years, intoCareers has powered high-quality career information and planning systems across the nation. As a non-profit, we focus all of our resources on promoting research-based, best-practice career information services. intoCareers is an outreach unit of the University of Oregon, College of Education. Our mission helps the College of Education fulfill its mission: Making Educational and Social Systems Work for All.

Our lifelong learning tools include annually updated wage and employment data, age-appropriate self-surveys with visual and interactive results, career and college planning at the local and national level, and robust financial aid resources.

Where You Can Find Us
Missouri Connections can be found in schools, campuses, libraries, homes, after-school programs, camps, job centers, and more. Missouri Connections promotes lifelong learning and includes self-surveys, career and college planning and financial aid resources. It is appropriate for elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, post-secondary institutions, as well as for agencies serving adult populations, such as employment offices, vocational rehabilitation programs and correctional facilities.
